Cancellations and time changes are subject to full payment of your service.
All appointments scheduled before 12 noon require 24 hours to cancel or change.
All other appointments must be altered no less than 12 hours before your scheduled time.
Any changes or cancellations made outside of these parameters must pay the full cost of service. Payments can be made via Zelle and you will not be permitted to book another appointment without payment.
There is a zero tolerance policy for no call, no show appointments and you will be banned from future appointments.

Please respect my time along with other guests’ time by arriving promptly. Arriving more than 5 minutes late to your appointment can result in your appointment being canceled being charged the full service service cost.
Please understand that I run my business on a tight schedule and a few minutes of tardiness might not seem like alot but it can set back all other appointments after yours.
Excessive abuse of these policies will result in further bookings being prohibited.
